FAQ's

 

How do I order and pay?

We offer secure on-line credit card facilities to all our customers who wish to order on-line with their credit cards.  We also offer a payment by cheque service but customers are advised that cheques must clear before orders will be despatched.  As we specialise in corporate and trade sales you are also able to place an official order on-line (subject to status). 

Is there a minimum order?

 No - there is no minimum order, in fact you can order any amount of anything you want and we will ship it to you.

If I have a problem what should I do?

We aim to provide all customer with a speedy delivery but should you have a problem you can contact us and we will be pleased to help.  To track you order use our track and trace service at the bottom right of every page of our site.  Delivery problems can be e-mailed to us at enquiries@tersi.co.uk or speak to our UK based call centre on 0845 539 3333 who will be only too happy to help.

What if I can't find what I want?

If you can't find it in our on-line catalogue it doesn't mean that we don't have it - we are constantly updating our website with new products and even if we don't have the product in stock our specialist buyers will source the product for you.  Contact our Specials team and challenge them to find it.  Just call or send us an e-mail and we will try our best to find it.
